These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by ANTE at anteheritage.com and related pages (together, the "Site"). By browsing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

The Site is an online catalogue for information about watches and jewellery we may offer. Listings are for general information only. Images, descriptions, indicative pricing and availability are not a binding offer to the public under applicable law unless we confirm the terms of a specific transaction with you in writing or by a clear subsequent agreement. There is no online checkout on the Site. Viewings, sales, shipping and after-sales arrangements, where offered, are discussed and agreed individually outside the Site.

These Terms are governed by the substantive laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. For disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site, the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where they apply to you and cannot be waived.
